Core Process Psychotherapy is a mindfulness based approach that combines the insights of Western psychology with the healing power of non-judgemental awareness in the moment, influenced by Buddhist practice and understanding.
Core Process work can facilitate insight into past conditioning and how this is held in the present. The therapeutic work can open the possibility of letting go of past patterns and allowing a more creative and flexible approach to your life and its challenges and opportunities. This can help with all kinds of problems, including depression, anxiety, self-esteem,relationship difficulties and many others.
Sessions are usually 50 minutes long and the work can be short or long term.
