Qualifications & Memberships
I am a Practitioner Psychologist with HCPC registration (PYL30956). I completed my Doctorate in Child, Community and Educational Psychology at the Tavistock Clinic, affiliated by University of Essex (July 2014).
I am a certified Group Work Practitioner having completed a Diploma in Group Analysis at the Institute of Group Analysis, London.
I have also completed additional therapeutic trainings to support individuals, parents/families, as well as their wider networks. For example, Systemic and Narrative approaches, Psychodynamic and Compassion Focused Therapy.
I also hold Qualified Teacher Status having taught in schools in London and Liverpool in my earlier career.
Personal Statement
I am a Practitioner Psychologist who specialises in working with adolescents and young adults. I have many years’ experience working across education, health, social care and charity sectors. I am also employed as a Senior Psychologist for an NHS mental health service.
I have had the privilege to work with, and learn from, people from a wide variety of backgrounds. I believe our past experiences and social context holds great relevance to our sense of identity and experiences in the world.

Practitioner Psychologist
Work Focus
My work focus is with young people (14 to 25 years) who are experiencing common mental health difficulties, such as anxiety and depression, as well as those facing challenges relating to relationshps, loss and learning, or life transitions and identity.
I offer both individual and group psychotherapy. My preferred therapeutic approach is psychodynamic, but I have the training, skills and experience to draw upon a range of psychological models to best meet your needs and goals.
