Work Focus
My work focus is with young people (14 to 25 years) who are experiencing psychological difficulties with anxiety, low mood, relationships, loss, learning as well as life transitions and questions of identity.
I offer both individual and group psychotherapy. My preferred therapeutic approach is psychodynamic, but I have the training, skills and experience to draw upon a range of psychological models to best meet your needs and goals.
