Gestalt therapy is an existential and humanistic psychotherapy, focusing on the relationship. We are constantly in relation and interaction with another person, a group, ourselves, our environment, air, light, sound, ground...
This approach offers not only to explain the ‘why’ but also the ‘how’ of our patterns of relating and gives the opportunity to experiment in new ways. It permits us to find our own answers, to develop our own ways of being and to build a life that feels more suited to our needs and wishes.
I specialised in a movement-oriented approach within a Gestalt framework, which means working together also with movement and body, precious tools to better know who we are and how we act. Sometimes our thoughts maintain us stuck in repetitive patterns. Working through our body and our relationship, we can access hidden parts of us which let us be more creative and in tune with ourselves.
A first meeting is necessary before engaging together in therapeutic work.
Sessions are once a week and last about 50 minutes.
